Application Process

We operate a first-come first-served system within our rolling admission process. Once you submit the application package to MBS, the Admissions Manager will contact you by e-mail to start the three-stage selection process with you. All documents may be emailed in a single pdf file directly. The reference letters should be e-mailed by the referees to: will(at)mannheim-business-school.com. Each candidate's file will be considered holistically. Should you be less strong in one parameter, you may outweigh this with an outstanding result in another.

Once you submit the application package to MBS, the admissions manager will contact you by e-mail to start the three-stage selection process with you.

Step 1

Download the
Application Form

  • Fill out the Mannheim MBA Application Form and send it together with the required documents to MBS. Your referees need to fill out the Reference Form and send it directly to the Admissions Manager.

Step 2

First Selection Interview and Case Study

  • The Admissions Committee will take a holistic view at your application
  • There will be a personal or web-based interview with the Admissions Manager
  • A successful first interview is followed by a case study work at home (7 days)

Step 3

Final Interview

  • Interview with Program Management
  • An admissions decision will be made based on the evaluation of your application package and the selection interview within two weeks

Step 4

Admission

  • Receive the admission notification and contract
  • Sign and return the admission contract to Mannheim Business School
